Do I need to preorder?

Answer:
Most meetups are preorder only.

  • Kenner, Lafayette, and Covington are preorder only and I do not bring extras.

  • Baton Rouge (Monday) is the only meetup where I may have a limited amount of extras available first come, first serve.

Do you have extras at meetups?

Answer:
Only Monday in Baton Rouge may have limited extras available. All other meetups are preorder only.

What do I need to include in my order message?

Answer:

  • the size you need

  • the quantity you need
    This helps me prepare your order correctly and quickly.

Can I place an order the day of pickup?

Answer:
Please send orders and questions in a timely manner. I do not answer calls/messages the day of drop-off unless absolutely needed.
Frozen, preorder, and larger orders must be sent 24 hours prior to pickup.

Do you bring frozen rodents?

Answer:
Frozen rodents are not brought unless requested.
Please request frozen items at least 24 hours prior.

Can I request specific colors or sexes?

Answer:
No — I do not pick out certain colors or sexes, so please don’t ask.

Do you provide containers?

No — please bring your own containers to pick up orders. I do not lend out containers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:
Payment is taken when orders are picked up (no prepayment needed).

Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Square (small fee)

Not accepted: PayPal

Do you take payment on the website?

Answer:
No. The website provides totals, but payment is taken at pickup or delivery.

Is bedding and food available for pickup?

Answer:
All bedding and food is preorder only.

Do you attend reptile shows?

Answer:
At shows, I only bring frozen rodents.
If live rodents are needed at shows, it is preorder only.
I do bring bedding and food to shows, though preorder is preferred.

Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?

Answer:
Yes.

  • Discounted pricing is available for quantity and consistency.

  • Wholesale pricing is available for those that qualify: pet shops, rescue/rehabber, zoos, vet clinics, and larger consistent orders.

Do you deliver?

Answer:
Yes. I can deliver anywhere within an hour of Baton Rouge with a $250 minimum order on most other days.
Delivery outside the regular schedule may require approval depending on availability.

What if a meetup is canceled?

Answer:
If I have to cancel a meetup for any reason, I will always make a post on our Facebook page.
